How does a teacher add 1st quarter averages after the quarter has ended? The student has enrolled from another school and the teacher wants these to be included so that the grades will be correct at the end of the year. Frank McCrory/Minor/Technology Coordinator/Title I
When this happens with my students I will create an assignment under each content subject labeled "Mid-Term Average /Average Grades from prior school" and input the students scores from the report that came from the previous school.
That is a good way to handle this. Another way is to open your gradebook, click on Student Averages, double click in the direct column beside the students name. Type the students average there.
